According  to the law of india there is an option knows as 49o ,and the artical says if a person [voter]has no belive on  candiates who are contesting on his constituncy then also he can vote in 49o

   and if the votes that have poled on 49o is greater than the winning candiates vote count then the candiates who have contested on the particular election can't contest the election for next five yer term so we have power in our hands please use it and cast your vote on 49
